Terms and Conditions – 33taj Platform Rules and User Agreement

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player," "you") and 33taj ("the Platform," "we," "us"). Access to and use of the 33taj platform — including its website, Android application, game lobby, sports betting section, casino, bingo rooms and any related services — is conditional on your full acceptance of these Terms.

By clicking "Register," logging into an existing account, or otherwise using any feature of the 33taj platform, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them. Your continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 33taj.

2 Account Registration

To use the full features of the 33taj platform — including depositing funds, placing bets, playing casino games and claiming bonuses — you must register a player account. Registration is free.

• You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact number and a valid email address.
• One account per person. Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 33taj platform. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different details, is strictly prohibited.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password, security PIN or account access with any other person.
• Any activity carried out from your account is considered to be authorised by you unless you have notified 33taj of unauthorised access immediately upon becoming aware of it.
• 33taj reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any stage, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following any activity that triggers a compliance review.

3 Age Verification

The 33taj platform is exclusively for adults. You must be 18 years of age or older to register an account, deposit funds, place bets or access any real-money feature of the platform.

By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. 33taj will conduct age verification as part of the standard account review process. This typically involves submitting a copy of a government-issued ID such as a National Identity Card (CNIC), passport or driving licence.

If age verification reveals that a player is or was under 18 at the time of registration, the account will be permanently closed without exception, all deposits will be returned to the payment source used, and any winnings generated during the period of underage use will be forfeited. This policy is non-negotiable.

Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that minors in their households do not access the 33taj platform. Account holders are responsible for keeping login credentials secure to prevent unauthorised access by minors.

4 Deposits and Payments

All transactions on 33taj are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallet methods as made available from time to time.

• Deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing using another person's payment account or card is not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed during the deposit process. These limits may vary and are subject to change.
• Deposits are typically credited to your platform balance instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used. Processing delays caused by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside 33taj's control.
• 33taj does not charge fees for standard deposits. However, your payment provider or bank may apply transaction charges independently.
• Deposits made in error should be reported to support via live chat immediately. 33taj will attempt to assist but cannot guarantee reversal of deposits already processed.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals of real-money balances (excluding uncleared bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) may be requested at any time from your account dashboard.

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, subject to method availability and applicable limits.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. This is a standard compliance requirement and not optional.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method: JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours; bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the withdrawal section of your account dashboard.
• 33taj reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds, as part of standard due diligence.
• Withdrawals from bonus-funded balances are subject to the applicable wagering requirement being fully met. Attempting to withdraw before clearing the wagering requirement will result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

33taj offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, free spins and cashback offers. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which are published on the Promotions page and must be read before claiming.

• Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount (or deposit + bonus) must be wagered before any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. These are stated clearly for each offer.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are consumed before your real-money balance in most game types, unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonuses expire within the timeframe stated in the promotion terms. Unclaimed or expired bonuses are automatically removed from your account.
• 33taj reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, where required to prevent abuse or for operational reasons.
• Any attempt to abuse promotions — including using multiple accounts, exploiting technical errors, or coordinated play to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in the bonus being voided and the account being reviewed for suspension.

7 Gameplay and Betting Rules

All games available on the 33taj platform — including slots, live casino, table games, crash games and sports betting — are governed by the rules specific to each game or market, in addition to these general Terms.

• Bets placed and confirmed are final. Once a bet has been accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• Sports betting markets are subject to settlement rules based on official results from the relevant governing body — for cricket this means results recognised by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), ICC or the relevant tournament organiser.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection or system error during a game round, the hand or spin in progress at the time of the fault will be resolved in line with the game provider's technical recovery rules. 33taj is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's end.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game and per market. These are displayed within each game interface and betting slip.
• 33taj reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that were made available in error or where odds were clearly mispriced due to a technical fault.
• Live casino table limits and rules are set by the game provider and may differ from standard RNG table rules.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 33taj platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, investigation and potentially permanent closure with forfeiture of balance.

• Registering more than one account on the platform under any name or identity.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification or any communication with the platform.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or depositing funds on behalf of another player.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, game errors, or miscalculated odds to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using any form of automated software, bot, script or artificial intelligence to interact with games, betting markets or the platform interface.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker variants or any competitive format available on the platform.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using the platform for any purpose other than genuine entertainment.
• Abusing the live chat or support channels, including using threatening, offensive or harassing language toward support staff.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

33taj reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Suspicion of fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity associated with the account.
• A chargeback or payment dispute is raised against a deposit made to the account.
• At the player's own request, including voluntary self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming tools.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the balance will be held and not accessible until the investigation is concluded. Where closure follows a finding of breach, the balance may be partially or fully forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.

Players wishing to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 48 hours and any eligible balance will be returned via the standard withdrawal process.

10 Responsible Gaming

33taj takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform provides a set of tools designed to help players stay in control of their activity. These tools are available directly from the account dashboard and do not require contacting support to activate.

• Deposit limits — set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much you can deposit.
• Session limits — set a maximum duration for a single play session after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Loss limits — set a threshold for losses within a defined period, after which betting is paused until the limit resets.
• Self-exclusion — voluntarily suspend your account for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or indefinitely. During self-exclusion, your account cannot be reactivated early.
• Reality checks — receive timed prompts during sessions reminding you how long you have been playing.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the 33taj platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, graphics, text, game interfaces, software and source code — is the intellectual property of 33taj or its licensed suppliers and is protected accordingly.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without express written permission.
• Game software and assets are provided under licence from the respective game developers and providers. Any unauthorised extraction, reverse engineering or reproduction of game content is prohibited.
• The 33taj brand name and logo may not be used in any context without prior written authorisation.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 33taj's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim.

• 33taj is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity failures, device hardware issues, or third-party service outages outside its control.
• 33taj does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.
• In the event of a system error that results in an incorrectly displayed balance, win amount or odds figure, 33taj reserves the right to correct the error. Winnings paid out in error are not valid and may be reclaimed.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is not permitted by law.

13 Privacy and Data

33taj collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

Personal data collected includes registration details, transaction history, gameplay activity and device/session information. This data is used to operate the platform, process payments, comply with applicable compliance obligations, and personalise your experience.

33taj does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers and other service partners strictly as required to operate the platform.

14 Changes to These Terms

33taj reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, players will be notified via a notice on the platform homepage or via the email address registered to their account, with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the changes take effect.

The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with a revised version of the Terms, you should cease using the platform and contact the support team to initiate a voluntary account closure and withdrawal of any eligible balance.

These Terms are written in English and the English version shall take precedence in the event of any ambiguity.
